Concealed system panels in pearl white with the use of LED lights for Brilliant Dentistry at 6 Karl Marx Street.

The use of concealed ceilings together with LED lights is a brilliant solution for the interior of a medical institution, taking into account special health & safety requirements. Evenings like this are a great opportunity to informally meet some of the most creative people. The people who can turn an interior design project into a piece of art. And we sure did meet plenty!

Aquatherm Almaty 2022 is an international exhibition of household and industrial equipment for heating, water supply, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation

In September, we became participants of a grand event – Aquatherm Almaty 2022. The team from Kaliningrad had a special, honorable place at the exhibition.

We presented the whole range of products and answered many questions on each of them.

Special thanks to the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Kaliningrad region for the opportunity to participate in such a significant international event.

In early July, with the support of the Russian Export Center and the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Kaliningrad region, a business trip to the Republic of Belarus took place.

The purpose of the trip was to get acquainted with potential partners and buyers of products.

During the business mission we held several business meetings with potential partners, where we exchanged contacts, opinions and experience.

We were introduced to the representatives of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, the Republican Association of Legal Entities of the Construction Complex, the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange and the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus.

One of the notable places we managed to visit was the production site of Minskstroy State Production Association, the largest organization of the construction industry in Belarus.

We are confident that our countries will continue to cooperate closely and reliably with each other.

We would also like to express our special gratitude to the Russian Export Center and the Entrepreneurship Support Fund.

When working on this project, Dmitry Terletsky chose the new-generation Kubota ceilings. This is a creative system: the cube-shaped suspension elements give a special, 3D effect to the strip ceiling. The Kubota system consists of blocks, so you can combine the elements of various colors and sizes into one big pattern, creating one-of-a-kind interior design solutions.

This is a great option for a fitness center. It is pretty easy to install and dismantle – you can remove any part of the ceiling at any point for ceiling void maintenance (ventilation, isolation, etc.), and install the removed part right back.

KETIone, a premium brand of singer Keti Topuria, opened a store in Kaliningrad. The lead singer of A’Studio first released her clothing line in 2014. Until recently, you could buy some outfits from Keti Topuria only in the online store or in the showroom in Moscow, which was closed to the public. The store in Kaliningrad is a pilot project, the first KETIone boutique in Russia.

Grigliato ceilings by Soffito decorated the interior of the store, giving the impression of openwork ceiling.

Being modern in the 21^st century means taking care about yourself and the environment. If you make your interior design durable, high-quality and safe, you have your finger on the pulse. Aluminum ceilings by Soffito were the best solution for this project, as they are designed specifically for healthcare institutions, taking into account the strictest requirements of Sanitary Rules and Regulations. These ceilings can be used everywhere throughout the hospital – from operating theatre to the reception ward.

Aluminum ceilings are among the biggest interior design trends since 2020. This does not come as a surprise taking into account the abundance of styles they could perfectly work with. Le-Corbusierian futurism asks for avant-garde metal honeycombs in different colors, strip structures will bring to mind Scandinavian minimalism, while cube origami in natural wood shades will be great for eco style.

The project was completed in record-breaking time – just 9 months. We used state-of-art technologies, which as yet you can only find in Dubai or Singapore. The project only involved companies that passed a rigorous inspection and offered the best combination of price and quality. The result of painstaking work and competent planning can be seen in the reception area already.

“Standard office ceilings are cluttered with fire alarm sensors, video surveillance cameras, ventilation pipes, etc., but we needed a totally clean ceiling, appealing to the eye. A size-conscious air conditioner was the maximum we could allow. We opted for Kubota suspended ceilings by Soffito, and ended up happy with the decision. This system boasts a minimalistic design, expressive shapes and a skillful imitation of wood texture. Made of high-quality aluminum.”
